I honestly believe if we could sustain ourselves in the premier league given our location and being a great capital city with alot to offer, there we be a very realistic chance of attracting someone wealthier than tan and this club becoming a real force in europe.

I agree. And if the access roads to Cardiff Airport were improved it could make the Club even more attractive to potential investors.

Swansealad will be on here now telling us, rich investors will go to Swansea first because they have nice beaches nearby.

Regular champions league football is beyond the reach of anyone apart from the big six clubs and the new financial fair play awards mean a rich owner can't just come in and spend £500m anymore like at Man city. You can only increase your wage bill by a certain amount each year now and you can't spend much more than your income so they have effectively made it a closed shop for the top of the premier league.

How about demolishing Cardiff Airport and actually attempting to get new routes in?

If the airport was a football club we'd be on the same level as Newport.

Would love to tell you where to go 64jack but agree with you.

Our first priority is to get rid of dead wood in squad and identify young players who could do with loan spells on league 1. We then need to sign 4 or 5 quality players who want to play premier league football and not mercenaries who want 60k a week. We then need to try and find a 12-15 goal striker for 6-7 million who will get us enough goals to stay up.

Next season will be interesting and I think we can stay up quite comfortably if we bring in the right players to compliment our current squad who have been magnificent this season.
