Please see the Statement of Opinion I tabled after the game last Tuesday on behalf of my boss the Shadow Minister for Social Services, Assembly Member William Graham.

Cardiff City Football Club
This National Assembly for Wales:
Congratulates Cardiff City Football Club on becoming the second Welsh club to reach the Premiership; and
Recognises the potential benefits the club's promotion could bring to the city and Wales as a whole.
you would have thought that they could have got the name of the League right but then they are so used to supporting rugby its easy for them to get confused....

I should have written "The biggest Welsh club" to be in the premiership
