E-ticketing: Account has been locked out

Has anybody else got this?
Tried logging into e-ticketing earlier and I got the above message.
Same happened when I tried logging into a different account.
Have they stopped everybody from logging in, or is it just me?!

Just logged in, works fine for me.

Strange, haven't needed to log in for a while. Maybe I'd got the password wrong or something last time I tried.
