If one of the power forces of the prem were ever to be relegated which team would it be?



I'd say Liverpool

Well it will never happen but yes, the answer is probably Liverpool. They have been the worst of the "big" teams for many many years in terms of league position.

I don't think they are one of the power houses of the Prem at the moment - and probably haven't been for a few years.

When I worked at Panasonic in Cardiff, I remember a blonde haired lad from Merthyr (He supported Leeds ) it was before our cup match. They were top of prem and we were div 2(old 3rd)
His words were "Cardiff's Shit mun, they will never win anything" I said to him
"Bet you we win the Prem before you twats"


At the time it was a tongue in cheek comment. Little did I actually know what was about to unfold.

Villa have played in the Prem since it began and are in serious danger of dropping down, still a big club?

Or, it will be Wigan, in the process, wrecking pub quizzes up and down the country...(The only club to have never been relegated from the top division)

I'll go with the theory on here though, just chuck Everton in that mix. One of the Merseyside teams would probably be the most likely out of the "big" teams, especially if Everton lose Moyes.
