I think it's if they're under 21 on 1/1/2013, they don't count. I think that's only Mason, possibly Ralls if he's not loaned out

I don't watch the U21s mate otherwise I'd tell you.

Erm I'm guessing Ralls is U21 and he has bags of potential from what I've seen of him.

Hopefully Mutch will still count as under 21 or is he 22 this year?

Joe Mason is already 21 and his birthday is in may so he is a no it seems.

Joe Ralls is fine at 19

I believe it is 21 or under on 1/1/14. So Ralls and Nugent would both qualify.

The rules: Each club's 25-man squad should have a minimum of eight homegrown players who - regardless of age or nationality - spent three years (or a total of 36 months) in the youth system of a club in England or Wales before they reached the age of 21.

A club can have fewer than eight homegrown players, but this would reduce the size of their senior squad. Only 17 'foreign' players are permitted.

An Under-21 player is defined as being born on or after January 1, 1991. Clubs can use an unlimited number of Under-21 players in addition to their 25-man squad.

Clubs with fewer than 25 players in their squad are still permitted to sign free agents.
