He is a top player, and Betis's second best asset behind Benat and despite being in administration they wouldn't sell him for that price. They'd have to get a least £4-5 million for him, which is a lot for a 31 year old. I also don't see why he'd leave Betis and European football next season, for you. He'll have plenty of interest in Spain.

I'd probably invest in Joniesta then the rest of my signings would come from abroad.
I would add though that the money for joniesta would be over and above the 25 million because i'd see that as an investment that is bound to make a profit

While i can kind of see where you are coming from, it will come down to wages mate and i think we will be able to double what he gets for a club in deep deep financial trouble

There will be a bidding war for Remy and we don't have a dog's chance. Starting bid as per the clause in his contract will be £8m but I reckon he will go for up to £10m.

Finnbogason we could probably get for about £3-4m. Looks like Le Fondre wants out of Reading maybe £4-5m. I think we need to get Brayford as our right back maybe £2-3m. Also maybe Curtis Davies for about £3-4m. An experience Premiership midfielder - someone like Tom Huddlestone on loan with a view to buying. And finally Jonathan Williams for £6-7m.
