Cardiff City midfielder Kim Bo-kyung says he is ready to make his mark in the Premier League next season. It took the South Korean time to find his feet in English football's second tier but ever since Malkay Mackay gave the midfielder his opportunity he has grabbed it with both hands.
The man who signed for £2million from Cerezo Osaka has also been combining playing duties with studies in English.
Kim said: "Championship football is high tempo and there are quality players, but the Premier League is even better. I can't wait to play in it.
"We are a strong group and we will be confident in each other.
"I have learned such a lot since I joined Cardiff.
"There have been many practical things in terms of playing, while I have improved in tracking back against opposing players and helping the team to defend."
There is still unfinished business though for Kim as he and his Bluebirds team-mates prepare for Saturday's clash against Bolton in front of a sell-out 26,000 crowd.
After the final whistle they will be able to celebrate again when they receive the Championship trophy.
