Seems everyone has forgot about him. Would he get a Championship winners medal as he participated in the season?

79 minutes - is it enough to deserve a medal.
But if Kiss and Velikonja get one for 32 and 28 minutes respectively. Why not.

They won't all get medals. Frazier Campbell might not even get one.

I remember him coming on against Brighton away, should've scored too. I think the other appearance was against Bristol away, can't remember him coming on but positive it's Bristol.

They've both played a fairly big part in promotion.

In the premier league the rule used to be that you had to play at least 10 league games to get a medal.
Why would or should the championship be any different ??

This is the rule regarding Medals, seems it is up to the club who deserves a medal.
37.1 The Club declared the Champion Club of each Division shall hold the Championship Trophy of that Division until the next Season's League Competition is concluded. When the winners of the trophies shall have been ascertained they shall be handed over to such winners who shall return the same to the Executive on or before 1 May in the following year in like good order and condition, provided always that the winning Club shall, from time to time throughout the year, on request from The League, release the trophy to The League for such purposes as The League shall require. The League shall present to the Championship Club of each Division 23 souvenirs comprising 18 for the Players, one for the chief administrator/club secretary, one for the Manager, one for the Physiotherapist and two for Staff other than Players. It shall be the responsibility of the Club to determine to which of its Players the souvenirs should be presented. Additional souvenirs may be presented with the consent of the Executive.
