Just back from Forest game.

Cardiff started of brightly but the bestr chance fell to Earnshaw who only had Marshall to beat. Marshall saved well on the 6 yards line to prevent Earnie scoring. After that the first half really peetered out.

Second half was much the same with Forest creating one or two chances. Cardiff only serious reply came from Ross whos drive from 20 years bend to the left, then to the right the to the left again causing the Forest goalie to punch clear.

On the whole a biot of a none plus game but tempers did flare, especially between Gerrard and Marshall. Not too sure what that was all about.

Earnie did the Ayatollah for us a couple of times during the first half and was substituted half way through the second. End of the game he came over to us and appluaded followed by the Ayatollah. The was no sign of Gunter.

Marshall didnt call properly for the take. and Gerrard went in for the header as well. Gerrard got a little bit pissed as he almost took a fist to the head - after the lack of communication. BUT -- They kissed and made up at the end. Nice to see a bit of passion on the field - that ENDS on the field - back to normal again now!

7pts from 9 from the 3 big games we wanted- cant argue with that! :ayatollah:

Forgot to mention but Etuhu had a really good first half up the right wing. A bit more practice and he could be a useful backup for Burke.

Yes he has let himself down big style amongst us Cardiff fans. I wonder what the relationship is like bewtween him and Earnie now?

It was a sight seeing Earnie the last player to leave the pitch when he came to applaud us after all the handshakes.
