people keep saying qpr spent money etc on there first season they spent 20 million and this season with 2 idiot managers have spent 38 million not alot in premiership terms ,torres was 40 odd million puts things in perspective

It's a lot of money in terms of teams towards the bottom of the league, clearly.

QPR bought terribly in their first season. They completely exiled some Championship players and kept absolutely shocking ones and bought equally as bad players.
This season wasn't so bad, and the simple fact is that the squad should be a strong mid table side. However they aren't a squad, just a collection of greedy players playing for money not for the club. This is where having Malky is a positive thing.
