Blue ray Vs Dvd. Yes thats what i am talking about

Mon Apr 05, 2010 6:38 pm

What the f**k is it with Blue ray, yes picture is amazing over Dvd, but some Dvds are just as good as Blue Ray. f*cking ripping off bastards. No longer am i paying more for anything than some one says is better just because it costs more.

Look, bread is f*cking bread, its all the same wheat and yeast so why pay more, it all tastes the same.

Anyway back to football, good draw. :ayatollah:

Blu-Ray is far better than DVD. Obviously though, you need a decent tv to see it.

Stew, stew, i have a decent telly, Panasonic Plasma, 42". Just some Blue Rays dont cut it, you pay £10 quid more and sometime just a little better than DVD.

Unless your talking Hancock on Blue Ray, then that is different, top notch.

Braveheart is an awesome Blu Ray - knocks the socks off the dvd.

Wolf Creek for the Country scenes - the film was actually filmed in HD and is a great transfer.

Blu Ray films are set with a grading!

I'll post the link up in a sec if i can find it - One of the best BLU RAY fims is Batman Dark Knight because it is actually filmed with IMAX HD camera's - its not always to do with the player - disc - and TV - but also the filming methods.....

let me see if i can find this link...................

I'll start a seperate thread - maybe the mods can make it a sticky as it is very useful!

Don't cut it in what way?
I haven't seen many, but the ones I have seen have all been much better quality than DVDs.

Not many people do to be honest - just make sure you spend your money on the right ones - if you want the REAL BENEFITS!
