Spread Betting - Anyone have a clue how it works?

Just had a text from a mate who persuaded me to do some form of spread bet on Cardiff's point total for the season telling me I've won a shed full of money! To be honest I was a bit the worse for wear when I did it, didn't remember until his text and don't remember the site I placed it with! I did 87 + or - 5 for a pound a point but there were some odds involved..
Can't for the life of me work out what I've won.

Isn't he a bit of CCMB type dickhead though CB?
I'd ask me mate as he's well into this spread betting stuff on financial markets but he's the tightest fecker you'll ever meet, won't accept phone calls or texts from me as it costs him to receive as I don't have a UK mobile.
