MM , doesn't do his shopping in the papers , 99% of the players he as signed so far , have been surprises . Gossip and rumours fill papers in the silly season , and the silly season has just started.

MM Wont waste money on these. dont forget we have better strikers than that....Campbell, Maynard, Bellamy, Mason, Gestede and Velikonja who could be a surpise next season, i think if hes going to get another striker it will be a loot better than them 2, hopefully he'll look abroad

Zamora is too old, ok as a short term fix and a good replacement for gustede and helguson. le fondre not bad but we need someone capable of scoring 15-20 in the premiership - it can be done if we make the right signing and scour wisely

I think we neex another target man like Crouch or Carroll etc. No I'm not saying them :old:

Zamora is past it and signing him would show no ambition from the club.. Malkys a bit more shrewd than that

Gestede better than Zamora? Get real.

Would be a good stop gap in the short term. Holds the ball well and we can build off him.

Not sure about Bobby, he's been injury prone this season and when he's fit he gets him self sent off

Id much prefer someone like Kenwyn Jones for that target man role, maybe if Stoke go down we could have him of them :malky:

He's always injured. It's a no for me.

Le Fondre if he was cheap (but he has gained a bit of a rep so probably wouldn't be).

Zamora would be a complete waste of money

dotn see the point in Le Fondre we already have 2 decent strikers in the same mould in Campbell and Maynard

Le Fondre is more of an impact player in the Prem, I'd rather Mason to come off the bench to be honest. He's going to be a great talent and I'd like to see him progress with us rather than someone else

I can't see Malky opting for an injury prone 32 years old never was somehow.

If we ship out a few of the strikers we have it might be worth taking a punt on Jordan Rhodes or Charlie Austin who certainly have an eye for goal.

 I'd be surprised to see Gestede anywhere near the first team next season mate. Loaned out I'd say.

I bet Rhodes is gutted that he went to Blackburn now.. Sordell aswell, although Bolton might do the playoffs I can't see them going up

Lol do people really think anyone outside of Malky and his staff know who they want to bring in?

But I must say i've always been a big fan of ALF...sadly no better than Maynard or Campbell though so would be a waste

I would rather Carlton Cole on a free transfer. Seems West Ham only want to pay him 20 grand a week

I'd love to sign Zamora not cos he's any good, but because we were always linked with him in the late 90's from Brighton, so at last we got our man.
