Problem with season ticket ID card

My sons stadium card stopped working last night, steward then took it off him as he said the internal chip is knackerd. So then i have been told that a match ticket will be sent out for the Bolton game anyone else had this problem ??????

My mate had a new card sent out, but that was in November so a ticket for one game sounds about rite

I lost my wallet and season ticket a fes months back. They sent we a wad of tickets for the rest of the season so sounds right to me too
