Players Like McNaughton

Whittingham, Hudson, Marshall and McPhail deserve this promotion more than anyone. They've all stuck by the team from when the bad times started in 08 (Losing FA Cup Final). Whitts had numerous chances to leave for Premier League football, but stayed with the City and has now got his wish. Kev's up there with McPhail as our most loyal players and they both deserve this moment, just a shame McPhail hasn't played as much as he would and we would have liked. When he hangs up his boots I hope he gets a coaching role of some sort within the club.

All club legends in my eyes. They epitomise everything a fan should be. Stick with the club through sun or rain, hail or snow, when times are good and when times get bad and dont run from the problems and take the easier option but stick with the club no matter what.
