email from zebra finance just now

sending me a reminder i need a sign the contract and send direct debit details or will be canceled if they dont hear from me in 10 days done it all online there supost to send me a letter but they havent anyone else had this???

Had an email off them last month asking for me to sign the contract and confirm direct debit details even though they had already taken 2 payments from my account

thats what i had but im still waiting for a letter to be sent so thats why i aint signed or give them direct debit details so suppose im gonna have to phone them and make sure

just checked my mail,had nothing but have just printed off the form and read it with the direct debit details in,i think they have already taken payments ,so do you think i have to phone them or take this form to the bank,any ideas guys ..thought it was all sorted and they did it automatically.

Phone them just to be on the safe side, would rather the cost of a call than no season ticket

I rang them they said print off forms attached to email fill in sign and send them off same here i thought it was sorted when you put in confirmation pin cause it then says they will send a letter out never mind all sorted now happy days roll on tonight!!!!

just spoke to them and they said u dont need to send in the form once its been processeed,she checked my details and said it was fine.
