Just what life i like training
selection
yu know just how it is .

Phase One of training is quite intense, not much contact from home, no leave allowed (only certain times I think). It's just standard training.

Phase Two you go more intense and specialise in what you'll be doing I think, again not certain but can find out if needed.

Selection - If I remember correctly from when my brother and other brother went for it, you get a medical (BE WARNED: they will fail you on the littlest of things. I remember when someone got failed for having too much protein in their urine, someone else failed for having ecthsma on their leg).

After the medical its general tests like pushups, chinups etc, then you have to do a mile run (I think, again not CERTAIN, it might be 2) in under 13 minutes.
