Put it aside a long time ago, was very unhappy at first and considered all options but shortly realised the benefits my football club gets from it (i.e. staying alive short and long term) and have simply got used to it now. For me, it's still the Cardiff City I love and every game I have been to the passion has been there as it always has. Am absolutely loving this season!

Sadly, it's not something I can just "forget" about - as we are sadly reminded every time the team come out in red.

I do agree that on this historic (possibly) week - it shouldn't be the forefront of discussions.

But they haven't really walked away. They just stand on the sides poking holes in the fence waiting for their chance to strike.


Instead of actually walking away from the club and not socialising with forums and stuff connected to the club. Because you 100% can't agree to what's been done or tolerate those who accept what has been done.

Almost like accepting the red reluctantly despite the fact you will always consider Cardiff Blue.

As to the OP.

I accepted what had been done many months ago, Doesn't mean I have to like it.

What I do like is Cardiff City.

And to have what I like in a place I've dreamed about is Almost perfect.

Anyway, I haven't "walked away" I'm still here. As far as I'm concerned when the plans to vandalise the club broke us as fans were faced with two options - show support for it or not show support for it.

Tan is a businessman and will see his decisions as good or bad by how much money it generates. I ts clear that every renewal or red jersey bought is a big tick of approval in tans eyes no matter what the "customer" is outwardly projecting.

I feel it's my duty as a fan to not financially back this defacing of the club I love. If you want to see that as walking away then you are perfectly entitled to do so.

But if you think everyone should forget about the rebrand because we are going to clinch promotion, the you really don't understand why the true fans are now distant in the first place. Promotion is a mere crumb of irrelevance next to the issues unfolding at our club. For glory fans it's Xmas and birthdays wrapped up into one, they get to see Rooney. For me and other real fans, the same issues are still there promotion or not.

There's no assuming needed, you directed it to me earlier this morning on another thread and I answered it suitably then too. That was the thread where you were caught out to be making things up to support your already fragile argument before turning into a child and running off... In order to wind me up you would have to get me wound up surely? Why would I get wound up by someone making stuff up about me because they can't reply to my comments? It's just bizarre.

Pax,A families issues with a member who is having drug problems has no place on this topic. It has no actual connection to the subject.This is a football club. We are all supporters of this club.
We all have different issues with the way it is being run.But no one from day one thought "I know lets become red and change our badge".

If you in your heart feel staying away from the club is the only way. Then I feel for you, and although I don't agree for the reasons you're doing it, I RESPECT THEM.
I will not attempt to change your mind or bother debating with you on why you have come to that conclusion.
You can do the same if you like and we could have a mutual respect to agree to disagree.
