. I understand that some have very good reasons to leave early work ETC but the rate of exit was not shown in any other stand just the Grange end.
The Lads put in one hell of a performance and it must be disheartening for them to see large amounts scarpering for the Exits with so long left to play.Cheerio we sang to Forest but fook me it was cheerio to our Fans.

I don't think many of them in the family stand are City fans though, you look at other areas of the ground (Canton/Ninian, especially next to away fans) and it don't empty half as quick as the Grange

, in one area of the ground it magnifies this "Issue", if it is an issue at all.

I am sure on the day we are promoted (or crowned Champions) many more of the FS will want to stay and appluad the team for an excellent achivement.
But I can't buy that because parents want to get there children home safely (or without at least a crush) that makes them 'not City fans'
I see it completely differently as I take my hat off to those parents for bring the children in the first place and they should be congratulated for doing so even if they want to go early.
One thing I would add is by having the FS in the Grange End it adds considerable walking distance for those parents and children, espeically if they have used public transport to get to CCS. That is the main reason why I think the Canton Stand should be the FS and the singing section should be in the Grange.

I didn't really explain myself about the not City fans part. What I mean is, because the tickets are so cheap, a big chunk of other clubs' fans bought STs hoping to see their own club in Cardiff. Therefore they don't feel inclined to stay till the end.
I agree about the Canton/Grange thing though

Also when the family stand was in the Canton Stand at NP it was exactly the same. It also happens at grounds around the country at every match.
I sit in the family stand with my grandson, who is 10 now, and we have stayed for every minute of every match held at the stadium, League, Cup, Friendly, extra time, penalty kicks the lot. Owen was 7 when we first started going and I have taught him to stay and support the team and there are many others who do the same.
However there are many around us who do leave early and now with the concentration of young fans, and old, in one area of the ground it magnifies this "Issue", if it is an issue at all.
One thing I would say is that each and every one of the people who sit around me are City fans and they are doing their best to give their children / grand children a love of Cardiff City Football Club, even if they leave a few minutes early.
As I say it's hardly like it's never happened before is it.
