Maynard Prem Lone Striker?

Do you 1.Think Maynard is good enough for the prem? 2.Think he can play the lone striker role in the prem?

I believe in maynards quality so I think yes yes could be the answer and he might surprise a lot of people.
I remember reading west ham fans were gutted he left for us because in pre season he was supposed to be looking sharp and one of their best players.

Him and Campbell will play well together in the Prem imo.

He is good enough but obviously does not possess the height, strength and game for a lone striker.

Spot on. Neither really had the chance to show what they can do there.

I'd definitely go for campbell and maynard together up front. Could see us go for a either Austin or Rhodes in the summer too, giving us the lone option if we had to change it around.

Coming to think of it I rekan Maynard and Campbell could strike up a deadly partnership for us. They can be the new dwight york and andy cole of the premiership boom

i think there a great option but i think we will need to try and get a proven prem striker who has scored goals there before worth hopefully 7m plus!

Rhodes ..... No thank you! He only seems to score from the spot when I see his name on the score sheet. Happily take Austin and wouldn't mind taking Jonathan Williams from palace

Or I wonder if malky got his scouts out looking for a gem like michu for 2millon. It's gonna be an exciting transfer window tho!
