When Sam was here the chorus of Sam Hammam my Lord and we want Sam Hammam walking round the pitch was loud and fooking proud. But not once has the same happened for Vincent Tan. Those that oppose the re brand hate him those that support/ back/ or are reluctant Reds have never sung his name.

WHY ?

Because those that have excepted his re brand want him for just his money and the Premiere League. But can you imagine what would happen if he had the biggest U turn since the QE2 and had our home kit of blue with yellow and white stripes and a massive Bluebird as a crest ?

In short he would have god like status and would be the most loved Man in Wales. If Adulation means anything to Mr Tan that is what he needs to do. Unite the fans again whilst making himself a god like figure. But hey we can all dream can't we ?

I disagree. I think it was because Sam was more high profile and courted the publicity. He was more outspoken and in your face than Vincent Tan. I think Tan's enthusiasm today will endear him to the fans despite the rebrand.

This. Sam was good at manipulating the masses. Tan has always kept himself apart except the odd moment. Tan will never get the same reception due to what has happend BUT Sam if he ever did return would also NEVER get the same responce.

Your certainly right Tan could have become a legend but thats life and we just have to ride the tide untill someone else comes in and hopefully brings our true colours back
