The VT business model

Please forget if you are in the Blue, Red or any other colour camp for this thread.

As a businessman I have found it interesting and understandable that a foreign investor could possibly buy a potential premier league club with a new state of the art stadium and again a potentially debt free club for c£150m or less.
The gamble would be that you would need to buy in at championship level and make the leap in as short as possible time to the premiership.
If CCFC get promoted and VT converts his loans to equity and pays off outstanding liabilities he could have a superb premiership outfit for less than £150m a bargain.
So if we are just about made the leap to the holy grail of the premier league........ The interesting thing is......... what comes next.......????
For the uninitiated this will be where the marketing and investment plan will really kick in!
