O/T broadband provider

just knocked sky on the head been having problems wit their router and they wanted 50 notes for a new one

so i just signed up with plusnet

i checked virgin media i am not in a fibre optic area

and the line rental and unlimited broadband are more expensive

i play a fair bit of online gaming and a few of my mates "where" with plusnet all gone to virgin now

im currently with talk talk never had a problem with them and im getting prety good speeds for copper, 13mb download and 700kb upload .
but soon as fiber gets activated i will be upgrading

sky have really fucked me off so i done it out of spite

and i am cancelling all my channels

theres other ways of getting tv

I've not long switched from sky to virgin, pissed me off every time there's heavy rain you loose signal, there internet is poor, i was getting 2mg max, only really had it for the sport's and thanks to this forum i can watch every channel on cricctv.
Plus with virgin because i work for virgin active i get a small discount

we got no cable either, in fact we got no gas too thats what you get for escaping to the country

I work for a broadband provider doing 2nd tech support. If your router has gone faulty and is affecting your service you should recive one free. Plus net have been voted the 2nd best in the uk so your on to a good one

I was with Sky, and like you Baz they messed me about and also charge for 0845 and 0870 numbers.
Crossed over to Talk Talk 7 months ago and had not problems to date.
Better speeds on b/band too.
