The players are hoping and asking the fans for a lot of noise Saturday against forest, they appreciate everything the fans have done and the way in which they have supported the team through this difficult and controversial season so far.
But they have mentioned how much they thrive of the noise when we are loud, and even though sometimes it feels like a vicious circle where the fans feeding off the football to produce a good atmosphere, the players too feed of the atmosphere which motivates them, drives them and increases their adrenalin helping them to really push on, and try to appease the fans also. Lets help them to help us? A few of the new players have also mentioned on occasions there have been a few moments during games where the hairs on the back of their necks have stood up when we have sung during games, and that one of those moments was after we scored against Barnsley when both the ninian and canton stand were absolutely rocking!
So come on city fans, get into Canton early, have a good few pints, stay positive, and lets give our lads all we have got for the final push! 3 home games against Forest, Charlton & Bolton, and 2 away games at Burnley & Finally Hull to bring this great season to an end. We know there will be nerves, tension & excitement, and there will be times when the stands go quiet, so lets do our best to keep the noise going and help the players to give us the football we want to see, and need, to put our second leg firmly into the premier league.
Cardiff City doesn't get opportunities like this very often, so as us fans unite as one, lets stand tall and drown out the noise being made by fans motivated of the late success forest are currently showing on the pitch over the last 8/9 games.
We can do it Bluebirds!
