yes Mallo has a van on the parkdean site, i had the pleasure of staying there back last year and returning next month.
ideal location for the clubhouse/swimming pool/shops/beach.
cheaper rates than Parkdean also.

good news ,is it a nice van ,what size as i got 2 kids as well ,the beach is great for my little one .

sounds f*cking horrendous......it is actually very spacious,clean n tidy or more than ample for a familly to stay in.
small patio......... at a guess i would say roughly 28ftx8ft so more than enough for the table and chairs
and as for the white transit and horse how the f**k did you know i got them and take em away with me
and the parking is in the front of the caravan so no need to clutter the patio

I know you well Mallo and everything you work on and rent out is pure Quality at a decent price.

What's to ground rent up there fella? My ole mans got a van in the park dean in trecco bay, he's paying around 4 to 5 grand a year plus insurance, also whats it like up there compared to trecco bay

4.5k much better site - and great base for the whole of west wales - day trips etc tenby - folly farm - oakwood - blue stone water park -newquay for dolphins - plenty of bars and restaurants throughout

heatherton - Markets - golf - fishing - surfing - horse riding -

creeping up fees tenby about 7k nowadays

Sounds it.. I don't know why, but i think it was better up there in the old days, not much to do up there now, trecco bay that is.
He's looking to get a new van when he retires next year, might suggest looking up there to him, he's had nothing but probs with this van, this winter and last he had water pipes freeze causing leaks, done shit loads of damage
