..£3 from HMV. Haven't started reading it yet, but pretty sure it won't be a true reflection of the man: the cover has a picture of him smiling ffs!

Apparently you get a free pint of bitter along with it?

Yeah it is a good read. Love him or hate him he's been through a lot.

'No Smoke, No Fire'? It's actually a very good read. Dave Jones has been through a very difficult ordeal, and came out fighting. Credit and respect to the man. Whatever our opinions of him as a football manager, nobody should have to face what he did.
Nothing about netball in it though!

Spot on. The book was very informative

Terrible ordeal he had to go through.
The book shows how vital the support he received from his family and especially his wife was in helping him get through what must have been a traumatic time of his life.
Pity he didn't think about that before cheating on his wife with a netball player.

It's a very good read.
You can see why he is how he is with the media. Can't imagine going through what he has.

It is a very good read
Agree it gives you an insight into why he has such a bad relationship with the media....they wanted to hang him based on incorrect allegations
To me, it also shows why he is so bitter now after what he went through

I wouldn't want to put money in his pocket.

Very good read and gives you an insight into the man and why he appears so dour and very wary of the media he went through a hell of an ordeal (And i'm not talking about his time at City)

I bought it when it first came out but never got around to reading it and doubt I ever will now

Hang on a second. I'm confused as to what was so terribly wrong with basketball that they had to come up with this netball crap. Just watched some YouTube clips and have been scratching my head ever since.
