I though Smith had a decent game . I agree though that Noone needs to play though

Smith is not the same player as he was before is injury, hes got no pace and with mcnaughton on the right its totally non existent their left sided players gets an easy game we need PACE PACE and more PACE there is no subsitute for it

Agreed has been out of form for a while but why oh why has he not been played on the left as he was when he excelled at the start of the season?

Smith has been poor lately but he certainly wasn't crap against barnsley. Put more good balls in than bellers but unfortunately bellers can't do anything wrong

Smith accualy played well against Barnsley, but hay we need a scape goat

Don't think Smith was 'crap' however I agree he is lacking a bit of pace.

I think Noone can tend to get pushed off the ball a bit too easily, but I think he could have done a job against Barnsley.

Hopefully he'll get a start this Saturday as part of a 4-2-3-1 type formation.

Bellers has got to be in the team, he is the best player in this division. Wether he is on top form or not you cant leave him out.

That said, trying to score from a free-kick 45 yards out was a piss take on Tuesday night. He wouldnt have done that if he was playing for Liverpool.
