Apart from one or two silly errors Kev was exceptional against Watford. Anyway if Connolly is injured then you want Kev because Nugent can't play full back. At the moment I think that we should just stick with Kev because we also need his experience. At this time of the season you don't want to have inexperienced players.

I find it to many people are quick to have a go at Kev. Yes he makes mistakes but no more than many of our players. When he came on against Watford IMO he was quality.

Might have seen better days but still the best fullback at the club, Taylor is a weak link, and Connolly is a centre half playing fullback and it shows.

How can you say Taylor is a weak link? He has been one of our most consistent and stand out performers all season and in recent years I can't remember us having a better left back than him!

Taylor underated IMO Needs to work on his defending i admit but is class going forward with the right player in front of him.

Agree with this - Kev has his faults but he can still put in a good shift

I think his defending is suspect and when he gets forward fails to deliver , normally leading to the opposition flooding forward with the rest of the city defence scrambling back and Taylor no where to be seen.

He has had his moments this season and I for one said he is not up to it, however he played a blinder on Saturday so there is still life in the old dog, which pleases me because he has been a excellent servant over the years

Hate to admit it but I totally agree with Nukes on this. Kev is IMO picked on, no he isn't perfect but a good asset and I thought he did well at Watford.

Taylor also underrated, he isn't the complete left back but decent left backs are hard to come by.
