LAST SATURDAY'S REF

Mon Apr 08, 2013 11:39 am

Thought he done a pretty good job, some of the decisions I was ranting about at the time, have since shown up on the review of Sky plus as him having them spot on in the main. :ayatollah:

I love Bellers, but can you imagine having to ref him, especially a few years ago when he was borderline nuts.

Bellers still is like a dog with a bone, but would rather than just let things go :malky: :ayatollah:

The tracking back and stealing the ball off Deeney said why we are going up as champions. :malky: :malky: :malky:

The kid is minted but plays every game as if it a final selection trial.....

That's why we're going up
That's why we're going up
That's why we're going up
That's why we're going up :ayatollah:

I thought he was going to give a penalty away when he chased deeney into the box but fairplay he timed it perfect, as Gwyn said above Halsey got the decisions bang on.

Overall he had a good game. My only moan is when we had a corner and TWO Watford players needed treatment how on earth didn't at least one of them go to the touchline?

I'll bet down the other end they would have gone off if they were our defenders

Haven't seen it again but I assumed the two players accidentally collided and needed treatment. There are exceptions to the law, and this instance is one of them.

Absolute rubbish, where on earth do you get that from. The only person who doesn't have to leave the field is a goalkeeper. Apart from that, all players who receive treatment must leave the field of play.

PtB is right ref. You should dust your laws of the game booklet off and read it.

Cheers chief.

Scrub up on your LOTG Ref, Interpretations of Law 5.
