If they had some staff in the ticket office they would sell a few more.
Wanted two extra tickets for the forest game, Phoned Friday afternoon and couldn't get through. In the end I drove down and they just had two girls on the phones, no one surving incoming customers. So me and another guy stood for about 10mins and eventually got served.

Should relocate to India, with the rest of the call centres.
We would not need to contact them then, as they would be calling us all individually 3 times a day to sell tickets.
