Ed Balls has accepted his punishment unlike Chris Huhne who sort to circumvent the system by getting his wife to take the points and cash fine when he was caught speeding.

That doesn't sound like a hypocrite to me and as far as I know Mr Balls has never parked in a disabled bay without a blue badge.
