It's been all swings and roundabouts with the both of them. Tan made a good point on his sports wales interview when he said If he didnt take Cardiff on, SH would get nothing which is true. On the other hand, if we do go up. With all the riches that come with it, especially next season with the new premier league TV deal, will an extra 5m matter to tan?

£5m going to Langston not Sam.
I wish that VT had honoured his offer of £10m plus £5m promotion bonus, PMG settled and Sam Hammam becoming life president, this offer was made in late March/early April.
Only VT knows why the offers then changed to the three that were made public.
As much as I would like to see this settled one way or another, we as fans should concentrate on the football for the time being as promotions like this don't come around every season.

Why do we need a "football man" malky is doing fine.
Sam has been out the game too long. He was never a football man as he was so reckless on big wages for mediocre players. He was a fans man.
Thats enough for me about Sam, gonna ruin my night soon thinking about him

But why would he want to do that because by then f**k knows how much he will be owned and i have no doubt we wouldnt have that figure whatever that will be at the time in assets for him to strip to make it back surely?

perhaps ian we might have got to fifty odd points in the premiership and tan decides to put us into admin.
by then we would owe him so much more money than sam and tan would have the majority voting rights regarding getting a CVA agreement.
he might decide to vote for 5p in the pound and thats all the creditors would get including sam.
hypothetical i know but the more money we owe tan sams position gets weaker in my opinion

Really what makes you think this, if Vt had the best interest as you say how comes hes not settled debts now cheaper than it will be this time next season, wouldnt it have made sence to have payed this issue this season and converted debt to equity already as its going to cost alot more in time to come surely

I work with accountants and what a devilish breed they are.
Cardiff City holdings owe Sam, Cardiff City Holding also owe VT but he is preferred i believe. Cardiff City Holding won't get the daft TV money for a while.... We can't pay if we don't have the money....

Whats the point of going for it by now if there is nothing in the pot?

Because he could secure the judgment by issuing a charge on it so that when money is paid to Cardiff City Holdings he would get his money.
Believe me, it is not cut and dried that Sam will get anything if he went to court which is why he hasn't. Tan may well pay him off to save himself time and legal expenses but read the last High Court Judgment transcript and you'll see that tere is no certainty for either side if this went to court.
I would bet that this does get resolved in the summer but at nowehere near some of the figures being banded about

And Tan then decides to avoid promotion?
Sam would be best to wait for promotion before making shown his intentions.
