even though watford is a dump of a ground still felt at home there the old grounds us cardiff fans still love going to them

Yes it is a dump of a ground, will be better when they finish improving it, but still a great atmosphere.

This is true i was working 200 meters away from griffin park ( brentfords ground ) lastnight even though ive been there twice before them sort of ground are much better atmosphere wise and your closer to the pitch in some of the lower league grounds it beats some seat up in a top stand out thew way somewhere but we have moved up the leagues and grounds have to be better all round even if i enjoyed the lower league grounds more

You've already started one thread about this. OK here are my thoughts, yes there have been good atmospheres at old grounds. if you are talking about NP I'm old enough to know that there were enough dire, games and shit atmosperes along with small crowds to last me a lifetime! As well as poor facilities, crap views, no refreshments etc. The new grounds are far better in my opinion.
