o/t welsh translation advice needed

Hoping a welsh speaker on here can help me with getting a translation of "land of my father" into welsh. From what i can workout it is wlad fy nhad but as its for a tattoo i want to make sure i get it right!!!

You'd be right with Hen Wlad fy Nhad for land of my father but if you want Land of my Fathers as in the anthem it would be Hen Wlad fy Nhadau.
