pubs before the watford game

where will everyone be drinking? we're going to be getting to watford early so i'm not sure whether to drink in watford or maybe central london then get a train to watford, is it worth it? whats everyone else doing ?

There tends to be a lot of city fans in the Wetherspoons in Watford town centre before the game. There has been loads of us there in recent years, no trouble with home fans, cheap beer and a good atmosphere.
