Not a big fan of movies but in terms of TV shows.

1. Dexter - Dexter
2. The Wire - Marlo Stanfield
3. Breaking Bad - Gus Fring
4. Dexter - Arthur Mitchell
5. Breaking Bad - Jesse Pinkman
6. The Walking Dead - The Governor
7. The Walking Dead - Shane Walsh
8. Heroes - Sylar
9. Prison Break - T-Bag
10. Breaking Bad - Walter White

Dexter and Breaking Bad are currently two of the best shows on TV and part of that is the fact that they both have a villain as the lead character. Some may morally think they are heroes or just trying to do the right thing but they are still villains. The Walking Dead you could say the same as they have killed innocents etc. Prison Break was full of criminals. I find the best shows are the ones with villains who are lead characters and have can have a moral confliction where some think what they are doing is ok and others think its bad.

'Rescue me' is one of the best shows I've seen if you haven't seen it. I've watched Sopranos, Wire, Breaking bad, Deadwood etccccccccc aswell. So underrated!.

Not in my opinion he isn't but then mafia type of shows don't appeal to me mate as you can probably see from the list. :D

I'm always impressed by the villains in the James Bond films. I always hoped that one day Oddjob would team up with Blofeld so that Bond would be fighting against the evil BloJob.
