Thought I'd have a little flutter

Arrived early at the stadium on Monday and thought I have a little bet.
Now I'm not a regular better and don't know a lot of the rules!!
I was in a bit of a rush and decided to put a correct score as 2-0 Cardiff and first goalscorer Whittingham, not knowing that he wasn't in the starting line up.
Hence my moaning as soon as I heard the team announced
One of the guys at work said, that I can get my money back? Is that wright? as Whittingham came on after the first goal was scored.
If not I have learned my lesson and wait another few years until I have another bet.

Sorry mate but Whittingham didn't score first and we won 3-0, so your bet is down I'm afriad. That's why the bookies always win. I put a fiver on every week for a bit of fun and haven't won for ages. I only needed Norwich to score away to Wigan last Saturday for £182 and they let me down!

sorry guys think you should check the rules on all bets with first goal scorer being part of it im sure that player must play with score at nil nil go get your fiver back and stick it on cardiff to be winning at half time and full time against barnsley next tuesday ...happy days

That's spot on with first scorer.
If the player doesn't have an opportunity to score (ie not on the pitch when its 0-0) then you get your money back.

With score casts I don't know.

I done Campbell to score first and City to win 3-1 against Blackburn as a double 35/1. Oh well 3 points felt better.

My father always used to do a 3-1 scoreline, he had quite a few wins, i agree us getting 3 points takes the disappointment away.
