Here is the projected finish pts based on each teams form over the last 8 games. Derby have been added for one night only. At the end of play tomorrow I will remove all clubs below 6th because, well let's face it, they cannot catch us.

With our win today our projected pts increased by 1.625 it would have been more but our form guide remained the same. For a large pts gain check out Derby who won AND changed theor form guide from 2-2-4 to 3-2-3

I cannot believe that Leicester cannot now catch us. Our form is not amazing but their's has been absolutely appauling.

The greyed out teams grew massively today.

Only Hull and Watford now have a projected pts total greater than our CURRENT pts total and that may change tomorrow with a Hull win.

Three wins - Hull beat Watford, CCFC beat Watford & CCFC beat Barnsley and THAT my friends is Premiership football.

The Leicester position is interesting, inasmuch as they were not far behind us around the turn of the year. It just goes to shows what an important point that was against them at home last month.

I used to baulk at the curse of the Manager of the Month Award but Pearson won it in January and then went on to take only 6pts from the 33 on offer.

The Play-Offs look good to watch with Watford, Palace, Forest and Brighton.

In fairness all have played well against us this season so I couldn't really chose on that basis between them.

However, if my choice is based on preference I would go with Palace, because their fans were brilliant last year when we played them in the League Cup S/F

Yeah from those 4 Brighton would be my choice. No to Watford because of their odd ownership issues, not the loans just the fact as to where the loans came from. No to Palace because, well, Holloway, say no more. No to Forest as they could spend a bit and make staying up slightly more harder.
