bit to hotheaded for the prem at the moment needs to calm down a bit , will be great to watch though even though he will spend most games in the stands
his next move should be to a championship club , big step up from league 2 to the premiership it could ruin his managerial career going too early . shocked they sacked oneil to replace him with someone like dicanio

he won league 2 and currently left Swindon in playoffs in league 1 but I agree it will be interesting to see him in prem
