Should we get promotion to the Money pot, how will we fare?

Teams in the past like Us haven't faired well.
We are a hard working side but this past to seasons have lacked the overall flair.
The Prem requires both to succeed, Good backbone and the right flair to add the finishing touches.
With the exception of Stoke who bully there way to survival.
I do think Kim will be fine in the prem possibly Noone with both having more time on the ball. But i don't think it will be as less physical than some have suggested.

The only thing I feel really comfortable with is Joe Mason.
I get an Ole Gunnar vibe from him and feel he will only get better.

With Malky at the helm who knows. He seems to think Cardiff are doing well with 11 points from our last 8 games and no form in sight.

Granted if we repeat that form now well actually get promoted, but sill.

He needs to get more leaders, change players that aren't working, bring players back into form. Sign players that can play with each other and work out what he's gong to do when his best payers are injured.
