Can I renew my season ticket over the phone?

I believe you can. Someone on here said they did the finance option on the phone the other day.

I did it today over the phone and took out the Zebra option. £399 + £20 arrangement fee. It was going to be £5 fee if you paid it all in one go so only really £15 extra for paying over 10 months. Bargain

Forgot to say you will need your bank sort code and account number and a mobile number to get the Zebra code and an email address for them to send the link. Not done this bit yet.

Took me two calls today and was on hold for about 8 mins each time before getting through the second time (gave up the first time). You have to listen to 2 mins of ticket sales updates first.
