I have took the average of the points scored away, and at home and multiplied it by the number of away and home games remaining. We need 90 points to be mathematically certain of going up from now, although that most probably will decrease as time goes on. The figure I got based on us doing the average performance we've put in all season is 94!!!
I see it as extremely unlikely we don't go up from here. I think the tricky thing is working out when we are promoted.
I've got a feeling it will be at the Charlton game on the 16th of April. I know a poll has been done a few times but I just wanted to see how the confidence is at the moment.
This raises an interesting question, how do you think Malky will approach the games once promotion and or the Championship has been won? Do you think with the pressure off we will start producing the best football we've played all season? Or do you think it will just be business as usual?
