silly from them, no way could they pay that back, hardly any money in the scottish game

Not yet - he hasn`t finished his work at PNE (an Administration soon?).
Still cannot believe the League are allowing him to remain as Chairman there when he has only recently started a 9 year ban from acting as a director of the company.
