SEASON TICKET

Paid for season ticket over the phone,paid in full but just realised i.ve not received any comformation from club,is this normal or should i be worried?

I renewed my season ticket today but took the finance option also over the phone . They said that I would recieve a txt and a email but didn't recieve any so may be there system it down ? I'm going to ring them in the morning

i done mine a week monday ago online agreed the finance option said i would receive a letter in the next 7 days but aint had anything ???

I paid in full over the phone, they sent me a receipt in the post a day later

I did mine last week, asked for the finance option and had a text 10 minutes later, went to the email to sign the agreement and all sorted, must be a problem with their system

Their system must be busy with the influx of people buying season tickets before the deadline .

How did you pay? If buy in full you mean credit/debit card then you should be able to check online balances etc. to see if the cash has been taken.

If it has then as far as I remember you hear nothing more now until early August when the new cards are sent out.
