It doesn't have to be a flop though. A couple of forward thinking investors needed now to make a big turn-around in the Airports fortunes. VT maybe. He could land his Jet there then instead of at London airports.

But most importantly of all they need to try and get Ryanair and or Easyjet back, even if they have to be heavily subsidised to get people back into using the place instead of Bristol, it would be money well spent. I believe they are already in talks with Ryanair.
People always moan about the airport being hard to get to but Bristol is a crap airport to get to, bad road link, no rail service, terrible traffic at certain times of day. The only reason people this side of the bridge use it is the choice of routes and cost. At the moment you can't even fly to Prague from Cardiff!!

First Minister Carwyn Jones said it would not be operated by the government and would be managed "at arm's length" and "on a commercial basis".
Mr Jones has been critical of the airport after a slump in passenger numbers from a peak of two million in 2007 to just over one million in 2012.
Rival airport Bristol raised concerns that Cardiff would unfairly benefit from state support.
Speaking after the government announced the deal, Mr Jones said it was vital for the number of passengers to be increased.
