To some people, the identity & traditions of the club are more important than being top.

May be those that do worry about our 'identity & tradition' would like to explain exactly how those virtues can be kept if the club went bankrupt?
You are entitled to an opinion but that opinion has to be valid and not some pipe dream if it is to taken seriously.
IMO the anti-rebranders are going about their business totally arsed backwards i.e. they should support securing the clubs future first, then fight for tradition.
Until you understand that you will be in a very small minority and you will never gain credibility.

It is about disregarding our traditions and identity.
Mr Tan said that if he left, he would leave us in good hands.. So how would we be "fooked"... Unless you don't believe him, of course.

I think he means Tan saved our club, but you know that, if he hadn't would we have a club now

Tan hasn't left yetGive the man a chance to do his stuff for f**k sake. You never know his parting gift might be the return of the blue shirt?
We won't know unless he is given a chance.

If you are going to reply at least try to make some sense. Tan HASN'T left yet so how the hell can we judge him?![]()

Would we? From what the CEO said at the time, it wouldn't be "red or dead" - it was also said that Tan and TG would look to bring in extra investors. Doesn't sound like closure to me.

Well we were on the verge of being wound up in May 2010 due to an unpaid tax bill. Tan's £6m investment was used to pay the tax bill and save us.
Being wound up in the High Court counts as bankrupt, or it did the last time I looked

Yes, he "saved" the club back then.. I'm on about now. Why would Tan leaving cause bankruptcy NOW when he said himself that it wouldn't happen..
Or, he could just respect the club and it's fan base and reverse this farcical rebrand - he'd be a real CCFC hero then!

Oh I get it you ask where I get 'bankrupt' from and then move the goalposts when I give a credible answer![]()
If for whatever reason Tan stopped paying the bills it wouldn't take long until we were bankrupt at a loss rate of £1.2m p/m.
At this time Tan is paying the bills providing we play in red. I don't like it anymore than you do, but I would prefer a Cardiff City that plays in red to one that was wound up.
You can play on words all you like but some of us live in the real world where bills have to be paid. If you have credibility problem with VT then so be it, but first you need to be credible yourself and explain how we survive without Tan's financial support?

Did you wear a red scarf?
Bribing fans to wear a free scarf on a cold night isn't a reflection on rebrand thoughts.
Blue is the true colour of CCFC anyway, you should know that Pontyclun BLUE.

No, not at all. We're talking about the rebrand - that was all before the rebrand.![]()
If Tan left, he would leave us in safe hands - so where you get bankrupt from,.. Do you not believe our mighty leader?
It's quite simple - our leader has told us - all your post is telling me is that you don't believe him?

And your posts tell me you are desperately mulling around for some crap to throw at Tan. What VT said was he would transform us providing we backed the rebrand.
To think he would throw millions of pounds into the bottomless pit that is Cardiff City without any care about a future return is naivety at its absolute highest.
So I believe Tan when he says he will leave us in good hands because the vast majority of CCFC fan base understood the deal between Tan and us and he is delivering on his side of the bargain.
On the other hand you my friend are a simple shit stirrer looking to pick holes that don't exist.
