Any car accident insurance assessors?

Some tool today pulled out of a spot in the car park in heath hospital crashed straight into the side of my car but is not admitting liability, anyone in insurance know how this will fair?

I took pictures straight away showing him half in the car park space and half into the side of my car I also recorded him on my iphone admitting that he did not see my car coming.

I feel he's bang to rights here but you know what insurance companies are like!

I wouldn't worry - as you are not supposed to admit liability under any circumstances.

exact same thing happened to me, you'll be fine, its his/her problem

also with your evidedance your laughing, don't worry a think, tell your insurance everything that happened with your evidence and let them take care of the rest of it

Depending on the damage the insurance company will probably do it on a knock for knock basis, meaning your company will pay for yours and their company pay for theirs, but you must make sure that your company does not dock your no claims bonus, they don't normally but you have to watch them, personaly I would tell your insurance company that you do not want to do knock for knock and that you want the other persons company to pay for yours, A quick call to your insurance company and ask the question

100% wont be "knock for knock" you'll be fine, i put my house on it

I have dealt with loads of claims and different companies have different rules, sometimes it is too much hassle for them to chase other insurance companies, it does depend on how much damage there is as I stated in my previous post the op is going to be alright whichever way his company decides to do it

Cheers guys, something just clicked as well the car park has signs stating that the cars should all be parked front ways in but he was the only person who didn't abide by this rule, Photo evidence also backs this up as all the guys are parked correctly apart from his, I'm going to take a photo of the sign which also states this and present that to them as evidence.
