when i confronted him,he soon scurried away......little arse......a simple move your van or il book you,so much nicer...

My perfect wind up job. There's lots of jobs I wouldn't do such ass anything that hurts people. But if you park there then that's your gamble. Sometimes you lose and sometimes you get away with it.
You need to try getting through Ystrad Mynach in the day with all the cars parked on double yellows because they are too fat and lazy to walk the 50 yards from the car park. I'd love to book the lot of them.

i was working,an electrician,lots of tools and steps etc,nothing to do with being fat and lazy,also i was parked at the end of a dead end road..

Now traffic wardens are being transferred from the Police to local authorities then the pay system has changed and now Traffic Wardens are being offered a bonus system as well as a basic wage hense why they are booking more people in recent times.

I know when the police were in control at Merthyr they would book around 3 cars per month and believe me there are places in Merthyr (like other areas) where you could book more than 3 in one street every day!!! Then basically because the Police couldn't be arsed (althrough they would say that it was budget cuts) then the jobs were forced onto local councils then if it helps take the problem seriously then so be it.

I live in Penarth and the Vale stopped using Traffic Wardens for about two years now and its become a f*cking nightmare!!! So much so that they will be reversing their decision next month I think.
