We don't want any players coming here for their final contract , cashing in and happy to sit on the bench or in the stands.

We've had enough of that in the past - I am sure Malky will be a bit more selective :malky: :malky:

I seriously wouldn't take anyone from that list. Carlton Cole isn't Premiership standard surely and he would demand at least 30k a week. All the players we can realistically sign from that list if we get promoted would want silly wages. I would rather us stick to what we have, sell a few players, then as much as I hate to say it, follow Swansea's example and pay a couple of million for some Spaniard's, who are superior to the over the hill Premiership regulars on that list.

If we want to stay up IF we get promoted, then we need to bring in foreigners on cheaper wages, it's the only way we can stay up without running up a huge wage debt. It was interesting we had scouts in France recently, I would like to think we are already planning ahead. France and Spain are definitely the two countries to raid for signing cheap, quality players.

Brede Hangeland. Everyone will be crying over his distribution but I think an experienced PL Centre Back is definitely what we need first.

Danny simpson would do well for us at this time. So would the fulham cb. I'd not touch dunne as he's a big lad anyway and god knows how long it will take him to get fit as he's been out for so long.
