any body on here use sunbeds (stand up) ? if so could you give me some advice on how long to stay in them to get a base tan .. 6 mins every day for a week or 6 mins every other day for 2 weeks ?

After each session you have you're supposed to leave it at least 24/48 hours before having another session

If you're looking for a gradual tan then do 6mins every other day! (Depending on bed strength)
If you wanna quick tan go to a website magic skin solutions and buy some ML2 and go on the sunbed 12mins 3x a week.

No not if you use ML2 check the website out. Seriously good stuff. You will be golden with a 3weeks.
If you decide not to use it, just go every other day 6-12 mins depending on beds and gradually build a tan. Also buy tingle cream from the salon/shop.
